[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology support services for program management, integrated logistics support, network management or administration, technical or helpdesk support and customer support to include video teleconferencing operations, telephones or pagers, smart phones and personal data assistants (PDAs), project and property management, photography services, training and emergency operations support to the government authority located in Fort Sam Houston, TX.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
