[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology and support services for troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, respond to support requests, install, update, and support technology equipment for faculty, staff, and students, technical support for classroom technology, computer lab equipment, printers and audio or visual equipment, support wireless technology and troubleshoot wireless issues and perform other related work as required to the government authority located in Jersey City, NJ.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
